# Ingredients:

→ For the Cajun Chicken

01 - 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 450 grams)
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1.5 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
04 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

→ For the Wraps

06 - 4 large flour tortillas (or gluten-free wraps), 8-inch diameter
07 - 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, packed
08 - 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
09 - 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
11 - 0.5 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
12 - 0.5 cup croutons (optional, omit for gluten-free)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Butterfly the chicken breasts to ensure even cooking. Rub chicken with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper on all sides.
03 - Grill or pan-cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and juices run clear. Remove from heat and allow to rest.
04 - Thinly slice the cooked chicken breasts across the grain.
05 - Briefly warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to enhance pliability.
06 - Lay out each warmed tortilla. Evenly distribute chopped romaine lettuce, sliced Cajun chicken, cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion (if using), grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons (if using) across the center of each tortilla.
07 - Drizzle Caesar dressing over the filling on each wrap.
08 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward over the filling, then tightly roll up from the bottom to secure the contents.
09 - Slice each wrap in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
