# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
05 - Fold in mini chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, and half the mini marshmallows, chopped pretzels, and nuts.
06 - Pour batter into the prepared pan and evenly sprinkle the remaining marshmallows, pretzels, and nuts on top.
