# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes indulgent like banana bread but keeps you full for hours thanks to the protein.
  • The whole thing bakes while you shower and get ready, fitting naturally into a real morning.
  • One ramekin means zero guilt about portion control and minimal cleanup.
02 -
  • Overbaking this even by three minutes makes it dry and cake-like in a bad way rather than moist and custardy.
  • The banana has to be genuinely ripe or you'll taste starch instead of sweetness, and the whole thing suffers.
03 -
  • Room temperature eggs whisk in more smoothly and don't shock the batter temperature.
  • If your protein powder tastes off to you on its own, it will taste off in this too—choose a flavor you actually enjoy.
