# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

03 - Add cold, cubed butter to the dry mixture and use a pastry cutter or fingertips to blend until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
04 - In a separate bowl, mix mashed sweet potato, milk, and egg until smooth and uniform.
05 - Gently fold wet mixture into the dry ingredients just until combined; avoid overmixing.
