# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and crushed Flamin Hot corn snacks.
03 - Add cold, cubed butter to the dry mixture and use a pastry cutter or fingertips to blend until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
04 - In a separate bowl, mix mashed sweet potato, milk, and egg until smooth and uniform.
05 - Gently fold wet mixture into the dry ingredients just until combined; avoid overmixing.
06 - Transfer dough to prepared pan, pressing evenly to the edges. Brush with 1 tablespoon milk and sprinkle extra crushed Flamin Hot snacks over the surface.
07 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
08 - Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Lift out using parchment and cut into bars.
