→ Neck & Head

06 - 4 long pretzel rods
07 - 8 black olive slices
08 - 4 cherry tomatoes
09 - 4 thin apple slices

→ Decorative Features

10 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese or hummus
11 - 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
12 - Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Place a cucumber slice flat as the base for each snack tower.
02 - Layer a cheddar cheese cube, followed by a baby carrot, then a gouda cheese cube on top of the cucumber.
03 - Insert a pretzel rod vertically through the stack, pressing gently to secure the layers.
04 - Fix a cherry tomato to the top of the pretzel rod with a small amount of cream cheese or hummus for adhesion.
05 - Place thin apple slices on each side of the cherry tomato, securing them with cream cheese or hummus.
06 - Attach two black olive slices onto the cherry tomato using small dabs of cream cheese or hummus.
