# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
07 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
08 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

→ Add-ins

09 - 3/4 cup shelled unsalted pistachios, roughly chopped

→ Decoration (Optional)

10 - 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
11 - Festive sprinkles or edible glitter
12 - Mini pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
04 - Fold the dry ingredients gently into the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in the chopped pistachios evenly.
05 - Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
06 - Allow to cool completely in the pan placed on a wire rack before handling.
07 - Lift the blondies out using the parchment overhang. Cut into triangles to resemble Christmas trees. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over each piece. Add sprinkles and place a mini pretzel stick at the base of each triangle as the tree trunk.
08 - Let the decorations set at room temperature before serving.
