# Directions:
01 - Separate the Oreo cookies and remove the cream filling. Pulse the cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
02 - Combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese, blending until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.
03 - Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Spread the Oreo mixture into an 8-by-6 inch rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Evenly spread strawberry jam over the rectangle, then sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
05 - Place the peeled banana lengthwise near one edge of the rectangle.
06 - Use the plastic wrap to tightly roll the mixture around the banana into a log shape. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm.
07 - Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Optionally stir in soy sauce for color and flavor.
