# Directions:
01 - Use two round cookie cutters of different sizes to cut one large circle for the body and one smaller circle for the head from each bread slice.
02 - Spread softened cream cheese evenly on each bread circle.
03 - Assemble sandwiches by placing a slice of cheddar cheese, cucumber, and tomato between two bread circles for the body; optionally repeat for the head.
04 - Position the smaller bread circle atop the larger one on a serving plate, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
