01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 4 oz goat cheese, softened

→ Chicken

03 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

→ Hot Honey

04 - 2 tbsp honey
05 - 0.5 to 1 tsp red chili flakes

→ Additional

06 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Directions:

01 - Combine honey and red chili flakes in a small bowl. Adjust heat level to preference and set aside.
02 - Lay out sourdough slices and spread softened goat cheese evenly on one side of each slice.
03 - Divide shredded chicken over two goat cheese-coated slices. Drizzle each with hot honey and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
04 - Top with remaining bread slices, goat cheese side down, pressing gently to secure the sandwich.
05 - Spread softened butter evenly on the outside of each sandwich.
