# Directions:

01 - Whisk together flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Add egg yolks, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
02 - Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
03 - Roll dough thinly to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 1 by 4-inch strips. Make a 1-inch slit in the center of each strip and pull one end through the slit to create a twist.
04 - Heat vegetable oil to 350°F in a deep pan with 2 inches of oil. Fry angel wings in batches until golden and crisp, approximately 1 minute per side. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
05 - Arrange cooled angel wings centrally on a large wooden board or platter. Cluster candies, fruits, and meringue kisses attractively around them.
06 - Place lemon curd and vanilla yogurt in small bowls and position among the candies and fruits for convenient dipping.
