# Ingredients:

→ Mock Champagne Base

01 - 1 cup non-alcoholic sparkling white grape juice
02 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

→ Gelling Agents

04 - 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder or 3 tablespoons agar agar powder

→ Optional Additions

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Gold edible glitter

# Directions:

01 - Combine non-alcoholic sparkling white grape juice, lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup in a small saucepan and whisk gently until well mixed.
02 - Evenly sprinkle unflavored gelatin powder or agar agar powder over the mixture and let stand for 2–3 minutes to bloom.
03 - Set the saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until the gelling agent has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 2–3 minutes. Avoid boiling.
04 - Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and edible glitter, if desired.
05 - Fill silicone gummy bear molds carefully with the warm mixture using a dropper or small pitcher.
06 - Refrigerate molds for at least 2 hours, or until gummies have completely set.
07 - Gently release gummy bears from the molds and transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
