04 - ½ tsp garlic powder
05 - ½ tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tbsp ketchup
07 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard

08 - 8 small flour tortillas (6-inch)
09 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
10 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
→ Toppings
11 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
12 - 1 large tomato, diced
13 - ¼ cup sliced dill pickles
14 - ¼ cup diced red onion
15 - ¼ cup burger sauce
# Directions:
01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Stir in ketchup and mustard, cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes until combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Clean the skillet. Add a thin layer of vegetable oil and heat over medium heat.
04 - Place a tortilla in the skillet, top with a slice of cheddar cheese and a generous spoonful of the seasoned beef. Fold in half, pressing gently to seal. Fry for 2 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
05 - Fill each taco with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, pickles, and red onion. Drizzle with burger sauce. Serve immediately.
