02 - 1 medium ripe banana

04 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, whey or plant-based

05 - 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or preferred milk

06 - 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey, to taste (optional)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

09 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
10 - Fresh mint leaves or additional tart cherries
# Directions:
01 - Place frozen tart cherries, ripe banana, plain Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, maple syrup or honey (if using), ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
02 - Process on high speed until the mixture is fully blended and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if necessary.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness as preferred. If the texture is too thick, incorporate additional milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
