05 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
06 - 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
07 - 1 cup cauliflower florets
08 - 1 cup broccoli florets
09 - ½ cup radishes, sliced

11 - 1 cup ranch dip or Greek yogurt dip

# Directions:

01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumber into rounds, cut bell peppers into strips, peel and slice carrots into sticks, halve cherry tomatoes, trim snap peas, and slice radishes.
02 - On a large serving platter, arrange cucumber rounds to outline the bunny face and create two lines of rounds to form ears.
03 - Fill the bunny face area with cauliflower florets and mini mozzarella balls to create a fluffy texture. Place cherry tomato halves as cheeks and a mini mozzarella ball for the nose.
04 - Use pitted black olives to form the eyes, and thin bell pepper strips to create the mouth and whiskers.
05 - Surround the bunny shape with broccoli florets, snap peas, carrots, radishes, and remaining vegetables arranged in colorful clusters.
06 - Place hummus and ranch or Greek yogurt dips in small bowls on the platter. Arrange crackers evenly around the edge.
07 - Garnish the platter with fresh chives or parsley to enhance visual appeal and serve immediately.
