Sparkling probiotic soda blends citrus juices and mint for a refreshing, gut-friendly non-alcoholic drink.

# Ingredients:

→ Probiotic Base

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

→ Flavoring

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes

# Directions:

01 - In a sanitized glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Incorporate water kefir grains or ginger bug alongside fresh lemon juice and gently stir using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with breathable cloth or a coffee filter, securing it with a rubber band. Allow the mixture to ferment at ambient temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours until it develops light effervescence and a tart flavor.
03 - Strain out kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Reserve or discard grains as preferred.
04 - Transfer fermented soda base into a pitcher. Integrate fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves, mixing gently to marry flavors.
05 - Place ice cubes into each glass, pour in the prepared mocktail, and garnish with a thin orange slice and additional mint leaves as desired. Serve immediately to preserve carbonation.
