# Ingredients:

01 - 14 oz medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
04 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/4 tsp salt
06 - Pinch of black pepper

→ Vegetables & Fillings

07 - 2 ripe avocados, diced
08 - 1 small red bell pepper, finely diced
09 - 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
10 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
11 - 1 lime, juiced
12 - 8 large butter lettuce or romaine leaves, washed and patted dry

13 - 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced
14 - Extra lime wedges

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly coated.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine the diced avocado, finely diced red bell pepper, finely diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Gently toss to integrate the ingredients.
04 - Arrange the washed and dried lettuce leaves. Distribute the avocado mixture evenly among the lettuce leaves, then top each with several pieces of the cooked shrimp.
05 - If desired, garnish the wraps with thinly sliced jalapeño and serve with extra lime wedges. Present immediately.
