# Ingredients:
→ Coffee
01 - 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - ½ cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until mixture is smooth and cohesive.
02 - Arrange ice cubes evenly in two tall glasses.
03 - Pour cold brew coffee evenly into each glass over the ice.
04 - Spoon the tahini blend into each glass, then stir thoroughly until fully incorporated.
05 - Add plant-based milk over each drink and gently stir for a creamy texture.
06 - Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Serve immediately while chilled.
