Recipe Questions

How do I prevent salmon from overcooking?

Monitor the salmon closely during baking and remove it when just opaque. Broil briefly for crispness without drying.

Can other vegetables be used?

Yes, swap in zucchini, asparagus, or sweet potatoes for variety and adjust roasting times as needed.

What herbs work besides dill?

Try fresh basil, tarragon, or cilantro for different flavor profiles while keeping the dish vibrant and aromatic.

Is parchment paper necessary?

Parchment paper helps prevent sticking and reduces cleanup, but lightly oiling the pan also works well.

How do I know if vegetables are cooked?

Vegetables should be tender when pierced with a fork and show golden edges for maximum flavor and texture.

Which wines pair well?

Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio complement the fresh herbs and salmon perfectly for a bright, refreshing pairing.
